Intellectual property rights
The adopt a float site is a work of creation, exclusive property of the adopt a float, protected by French and international legislation on intellectual property law. No reproduction or representation can be made in contravention of the rights of the adopt a float resulting from the aforementioned legislation.
The word marks adopt a float, Institut de la Mer de Villefranche (IMEV), as well as the logos appearing on the site are trademarks (semi-figurative or not) and are registered.
